Wayne is a Vietnam Veteran; he understands the needs for military personnel. Wayne purchased his first home in 1968 with a VA loan. He began his lifelong journey as an entrepreneur.
His business and property investments began with 25 years automotive repair facilities. He also expanded his business investments to Florida in the areas of Airboat and Towboat Captain and a small airport in Southwest Florida on Pine Island.
Through all of his property and business ventures, Wayne’s motto has always been "The Difference is Quality" His family in Kentucky has always been a huge part of his life. He’s passed on the entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and work ethic to his children and grandchildren as his family legacy. Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail are attributes that he has always insisted on with every business. He’s moved back home to Kentucky and is ready to earn your trust and friendship
